The weighing system sorts eggs with an accuracy of within ±1g and capacity of 27,000-30,000 eggs/hour. It has a control panel with a color touchscreen and physical buttons as well, you can set the grading specification and calibrate the grading accuracy through the touchscreen. The machine also has a self-diagnosis system, which diagnoses the malfunctions that the machine may have, and it counts the eggs of each grade and total output as well.
1.Auto vacuum loader (optional)
Ideally, connect the Zenyer 615 auto vacuum loader with the 109 egg grader.
2.Accumulator
You can also choose to connect the egg grader’s accumulator with the rod conveyor from the chicken house.
3.Automatic head turning & UV sterilizing
Eggs will then go to the head turning and UV sterilizing section, the head turning makes sure the eggs are orientated with the bigger head (air chamber) on top for longer storage life before getting packed. The UV disinfection system sanitizes all the egg shells for maximum food security.
4.Candling
You can check leaking, dirty, cracked eggs through LED lights by eyes, and manually take them out.
5.Electronic grading & counting
Each egg will be weight and recorded by the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) weighing system.
6.Auto-packer
Each auto packer can pack eggs into the 10, 12, 15, 18, 30 egg cartons/trays automatically.
7.Manual packing lane
Aside from the eggs which have been packed into the egg trays/cartons by the auto packers, all the eggs will be dropped on the manual packing lane according to their weights, you can collect the eggs from there and pack them into egg trays/cartons manually.
8. Egg printer(optional)
You can have a 6-print head egg printer added on the egg tray collection conveyor if you want.
