The QINFENG CF-HM100 Hot Melting Compactor features a modular design, comprising three main sections: the hopper, crusher, and extruder. It is well-suited for recycling EPS, EPP, and EPE wastes, utilizing a uniquely low hopper and an 8-blade crushing system to ensure uniform material fragmentation; the material is then extruded by the screw and processed by ceramic heaters to produce EPS blocks with a density of 500-600kg/m³. With a throughput of 150-200kg per hour, it meets a variety of application requirements.
